Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of sobeit.studio (the “Site”), operated by Sobeit Studio LLC (“Sobeit,” “we,” “us”), a North Carolina limited liability company based in Raleigh, NC. By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site describes our church website design services. Its content is provided for general information. Pricing, features, timelines, and examples shown on the Site are informational and may change; they are not a binding offer or a quote. Any engagement to design or build a website is governed by a separate written agreement between your church and Sobeit — not by these terms.

The contact form on the Site sends your message to us and stores it so we can reply. Please provide accurate information so we can reach you, and do not use the form to send anything unlawful, abusive, or automated. To keep out automated submissions the form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a third-party service with its own terms and privacy policy. How we handle what you send is described in our privacy policy.

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• violate any applicable law;
• probe, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or the systems that serve it;
• scrape, harvest, or bulk-collect content or data from the Site;
• misrepresent who you are, including when booking a call or contacting us.

The Site and its content — text, design, graphics, logos, and code — are owned by Sobeit Studio LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Church names, logos, testimonials, and website examples shown on the Site belong to their respective owners and appear with permission. You may view and share the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes; no other license is granted.

The Site links to and relies on third-party websites and services, including sites we have built for clients and the providers that host the Site, store contact form submissions, deliver our email, and protect the form from spam. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sobeit Studio LLC and its members, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold Sobeit Studio LLC harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these terms or your misuse of the Site.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wake County, North Carolina, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted here with its “Last updated” date, and your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These terms are the entire agreement between you and Sobeit about the Site itself; they do not modify any separate written agreement for our services.
